My M1 MacBook Air is enough: why I decide not to get a M3 MacBook Pro

I’ve been eyeing the new M3 MacBook Pro with a lot of interest. It’s got a faster chip, a better display, and more ports. But as a non-pro user, I’m starting to think that I don’t need all of that power.

I’m a writer, and I mostly use my computer for writing and research, web browsing, email, task management, and calendar. My M1 MacBook Air has been more than enough for my needs. It’s fast, responsive, and has a great battery life. I’ve never had any problems with it, and it’s still going strong after a year.

I know the M3 MacBook Pro is a more powerful laptop, but I don’t need that extra power. I’m perfectly happy with the performance of my M1 MacBook Air.

The M3 MacBook Pro also has a better display, but I don’t need a 14-inch display. I’m perfectly happy with the 13.3-inch display on my M1 MacBook Air.

The M3 MacBook Pro has more ports, but I don’t need all of those ports. I only use one of the two Thunderbolt 4 ports on my M1 MacBook Air.

The M3 MacBook Pro also has a longer battery life, but I don’t need 18 hours of battery life. I only get about 10 hours of battery life from my M1 MacBook Air, but that’s enough for me. And most of the time it’s plugged into power.

The MacBook Pro M3 is a great laptop, but it’s just not worth the extra money for me. My M1 MacBook Air is still going strong, and it does everything that I need it to do.

I took the time to write this to convince myself to stick with my M1 MacBook Air. It’s a great laptop, and it does everything that I need it to do. Plus I’m saving a bunch of money.

If you’re a non-pro user like me, then the M1 MacBook Air is probably enough for your needs.
